Although the history of ERLER GROUP started back in 1992 with the establishment of a fabric trading business named ‘ERLER’, the whole story dates back to the 1970s when Galip Karataş first started working as a shop assistant in Sultanhamam district, İstanbul. His first encounter with fine fabrics dates back to those years. In Istanbul during 70s, a textile industry consisting of yarn and fabric sectors was already present, however, a ready-to-wear clothing sector had not yet been developed! for more
